Description
35-year-old female, 5’1 and 119 lbs, felt that her breasts were too large saggy. She desired to be smaller and lifted. Because she had saline implants, she could be deflated in clinic weeks before surgery to confirm the surgical plan. In surgery, she had removal of 375cc saline implants and re-augmentation with Mentor 200 cc moderate plus silicone implants and a mastopexy (breast lift). Results shown are 6 months after surgery.
