This is a very pleasant 48 year old Caucasian female who is unhappy with her breast appearance. She underwent a breast reduction 15 years ago and is currently wearing a B cup bra and feels too small for her body frame. She feels that a D cup breast size would better match her overall figure. She underwent a breast augmentation with submuscular 450 cc high profile Mentor Memory Gel silicone implants. The results are early, only one month after surgery.
