Breast Implant Reconstruction Case 31

Description

This is a 39 year old female who had a previous breast reduction about 15 years ago but now has concerns about her breast size. She has had several children and with each child her breast size has increased. She complains of upper back pain, shoulder grooving and difficulty exercising due to her breast size. She currently wears a 36 E cup bar and would like to be reduced to a C cup. She underwent a vertical or short scar breast reduction with removal of about 260 grams from each side. The results shown are very early, only one month after surgery. Her scars will continue to fade over the next year.
