Breast Implant Reconstruction Case 34

Description

This is a 44 year old female who had breast implants and is larger than a D cup breast. She would like to downsize to a C cup breast. She is 5’6 and weighs 140 lbs. She had her old implants removed which were 400 cc saline implants and had them replaced with 275 cc saline implants filled to 300 cc. She also had internal reconstruction to tighten the pocket so that the implants would not fall out to the side, and she had a mastopexy to tighten the skin. Results shown are early, only 6 weeks after surgery.
