This is a 37 year old female who had breast implants placed 14 years ago and has recently had a baby. Her implants are saline-filled and fall off to the side when she lays down. She is 5’6, 128 lbs and wears a 32 DD cup bra. She desires to wear a DDD cup bra. She underwent bilateral breast implant removal, internal reconstruction and re-augmenation with silicone
