This is a 51 year old patient, 5’4 and 150 lbs, who had silicone implants and wanted to replace them with new implants and have a breast lift. She had 400 cc silicone implants removed and replaced with 370 XTRA silicone moderate plus implants along with a breast lift. Results shown are 6 months postoperative.
