Breast Implant Reconstruction Case 24

56 year old female, 5’4 and 135 lbs, who has 20 year old subglandular breast implants that have ruptured and has contracture (scar tissue). She underwent removal of 400 cc silicone implants with en bloc capsulectomy, reaugmentation with Mentor smooth round 400 cc high profile implants in the subglandular pocket and mastopexy (breast lift). Results shown are 6 months after surgery.
