38 yr old female, 5’2’’ and 130 lbs, had a previous breast reduction with an anchor scar. Now she desires more upper breast fulness. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy using a 235 cc Mentor smooth round classic profile silicone implant. Results shown are 6 months after surgery.
