BBL™ – Stay FOREVER YOUNG
Sciton’s Forever Young BBL™ is reshaping the way we age… or don’t! BBL, short for BroadBand Light, is an innovative, gentle approach to the treatment of age spots, freckles, sun damage, and redness. Whether you are wanting to reverse time, or simply wanting to take preventative measures, BBL is your key to staying forever young!
BBL Photofacial: A New Approach to Younger Looking Skin
Forever Young BBL is not just a beauty treatment, it is a preventative regimen – possibly the best investment anyone can make in their skin. Whether addressing visible signs of sun and environmental damage or beginning a preventative regimen, BBL can provide patients with both immediate and long-lasting results. Immediately, patients will see results for pigmented and vascular lesions, fine lines, and overall tone and texture. With a regimen, patients will see results forever. Clinically proven in a ten-year study, at the end of the study patients looked younger than when they started. Most patients received multiple BBL treatments per year for an average of ten years. At the end of the study, doctors judged the patients to appear 11 years younger than their actual age. This treatment is not just for women and men who have experienced sun damage over the course of their life, it also has great prejuvenation benefits to keep young skin looking young!

What Areas Can Be Treated?
Any area of your body can be treated. Most people ask for treatments on the face, neck, back of the hands, chest and shoulders (areas most exposed to the sun).
How Many BBL Treatments Will I Need?
The number of treatments needed varies from patient to patient, and our Senior Laser Nurse will personalize a plan based on the level of improvement you desire.
What Will Happen During my BBL Procedure?
Your eyes will be protected with safety glasses. Typically, there is no need for a topical numbing cream, however, our Senior Laser Nurse may choose to use some on the more sensitive areas. You may feel a quick, warm sensation as the light is absorbed by the targeted areas.
How Much Does BBL Cost?
A single BBL treatment is usually around $450, and package pricing is available for a series of treatments.
How Long Is The Treatment And Recovery?
Your photofacial procedure may take a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the size of the area to be treated. This is a non-invasive and gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you are able to apply makeup, return to work and resume most of your activities immediately.
What Should I Expect After The Treatment?
You may experience some redness and a mild sunburn feeling that should resolve within a few hours. Over the next couple weeks, your treated skin will feel smoother, pores will be less noticeable, and sunspots or uneven pigmentation will fade. It is important to follow our Senior Laser Nurse’s post treatment plan, which will be provided after the treatment.
