How can the V-Lase Help You?

The V-Lase vaginal rejuvenation treatment meets women’s needs, taking into consideration the body’s transformation as tissues age and undergo hormonal changes. This treatment uses laser-induced mild, controlled heating of the vaginal tissue, which stimulates new collagen formation. Compared to other treatment modalities for vaginal rejuvenation, the V-Lase procedure takes less time to perform and is easily tolerated.

V-Lase uses advanced CO2 laser technology to address vaginal rejuvenation from the inside and outside, targeting your vaginal wall, pelvic floor, and external vulva. Patients see the best improvement after three treatment sessions, one every three months.

Achieve Smooth Skin with Laser Hair Removal

Through hair removal treatment using the Quanta Evo Light Laser, patients of all skin types can enjoy smooth, stubble-free legs, underarms, and more. Our technicians can dramatically reduce and even eliminate hair from legs, arms, upper lip, underarms, bikini line, and many other areas. We are committed to exceptional care and safe treatment standards; each member of our staff is highly experienced and licensed laser practitioners by the Georgia Medical Board.

What to Expect from Laser Hair Reduction

The laser can pinpoint and target the pigment in the hair’s root, which allows the technology to eliminate hair while not affecting the skin. As not all hair follicles are in active growth stages at the same time, several sessions are necessary to achieve desired results. These hair removal treatments can be provided throughout the year, according to your goals and the size of the targeted area.

Treatment sessions last anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours depending on the area treated. Laser hair removal takes approximately six to eight sessions to permanently reduced hair growth.  Occasionally, patients may need touchups to continue the best results in the long-term.

Seeing Best Results from Hair Removal Treatment

Laser hair removal is permanent hair reduction, but touch-ups are encouraged at least once per year because the small and thin hairs remaining can become thicker and more noticeable over time. Hair grown depends on the area of the body.  Hair regrows in approximately four weeks in the face and can take up to eight weeks on the legs.  Our aesthetic team will carefully evaluate your progress and hair growth and tailor a customized treatment plan for you.

Frequently Asked Questions about Laser Hair Removal

How comfortable is the procedure?

The level of comfort depends on the area treated, the texture of the hair and the skin quality. After each treatment, the hair becomes lighter and thinner, and the pain continues to subside, which makes future treatments easier.  Our laser is equipped with a cooling device on the tip that makes the procedure significantly more comfortable.

How soon before I can exercise?

Our teams recommended waiting for a minimum of 24 hours after the treatment before exercising. After each laser hair removal treatment, the hair follicle is left open, making it easier for dirt, sweat, and bacteria to become trapped. Exercising increases your body temperature and your body sweat, creating a perfect breeding ground for bacteria which can cause infection or ingrown hairs.

How much time do I need to take off from work?

Patients can return to work the same day as treatment, as there is no downtime associated with this procedure.

Are there any restrictions?

Laser hair removal increases the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight, making it more prone to sunburn and sun damage. Thus, it is best to limit sun exposure during treatment. We ask that patients do not wax or tweeze during their series of treatments, shaving only.

How much does laser hair removal cost?

Laser hair removal starts as low as $100 for an area.
