Description
This is a 48 year old female who is 5’7 and weighs 138 lbs. She had saline implants for more than 15 years and had a one-sided deflation. She desired implant exchange for silicone, and 345cc moderate profile implants were placed under the muscle. Results are over a year out from surgery. Her preoperative photographs are not available as the surgery was performed while Dr. Alderman was at the Swan Center for Plastic Surgery.
