Description
51 year old female, 5’5 and 150 lbs, with 20 year old saline implants in the subglandular position with capsular contracture on both sides. Both implants and scar tissue were removed and 700 cc XTRA fill silicone implants were placed in the same subglandular pocket. Results shown are 6 months after surgery.
