Breast Implant Reconstruction Case 12

Description

51 yr old, 5’5’’ and 125 lbs, underwent removal of McGhan 300 cc saline submuscular implants, internal tightening of pocket, re-augmentation with Mentor 215 classic silicone implants and short-scar vertical mastopexy. Her implants were deflated prior to surgery to help her with her decision for re-augmentation and mastopexy. Results shown are 6 months after surgery
