Breast Implant Reconstruction Case 36

Description

This is a 40 year old female who desires new breast implants. She desires more upper pole fullness, correction of lateral displacement and change to silicone. Her 375 cc saline implants were exchanged for 475 cc silicone high profile implants and tightening of the lateral breast implant pocket. Results shown are early, only 1 month from surgery. Swelling will continue to diminish over the next year.
