Breast Reduction Case 27

Description

This is a 35 year old Caucasian female who complains that her breasts are too large and too droopy. She has back pain and difficulty finding clothes to wear because her shirt size, due to her breasts, is larger than her pants and skirts. She desires a breast reduction. She is a full D and would like to wear a C cup bra. She is 5’7 and 143 lbs. She underwent a short scar, superior-medial breast reduction with 500 grams removed. The photos shown are 6 months postoperative. Scars will continue to fade over the next year.
