Description

This is a 43 year old female who has had multiple children, has breast fed all of them, and was concerned about her breast size. She was a DD and desired to be a full C, small D. She also had had multiple children requiring c-sections and was concerned about her abdominal contour. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction of her hips and a vertical, short scar breast reduction. The results are a year from surgery.

The preoperative photos are not available since surgery was performed while Dr. Alderman was at the Swan Center for Plastic Surgery.
