Description

This is a 44 year old female who desired rejuvenation of her breasts, abdomen and labia. She is 5’6 and weighs 140 lbs. She underwent a labiaplasty, liposuction of her abdomen and hips and breast revision. She had breast implants and was larger than a D cup breast. She would like to downsize to a C cup breast. She had her old implants removed which were 400 cc saline implants and had them replaced with 275 cc saline implants filled to 300 cc. She also had internal reconstruction to tighten the pocket so that the implants would not fall out to the side, and she had a mastopexy to tighten the skin. Results shown are early, only 6 weeks after surgery.
