Description
This is a 37 year old female, 5’2 and 140 lbs, who has had one child and feels that her breasts and abdomen have become too relaxed. She desired a lift without an implant and tightening of her abdomen. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) with auto-augmentation and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). With the breast procedure, the upper aspect of the breast is augmented with the patient’s own tissue from the lower aspect of the breast. For her abdomen, the muscle diastasis (separation) is repaired and the excess skin is removed. Results are early, only 6 weeks from surgery. Her bruising and scars will continue to fade over the next 6 months.
