This is a 35 year old female who desires breast and body recontouring after having her kids. In particular, she is concerned about her breast and back appearance. She has 20 year old saline implants. She feels too relaxed after having her kids and desires to stay the same size but have new implants and a breast lift. She is 5’7 and weights 165 lbs. She had 300 cc saline implants
removed, internal breast reconstruction, re-augmentation with Mentor Memory Gel silicone implants 300 cc moderate plus profile and a breast lift. She had liposuction to her bra roll,upper back and hips and flanks. Results show are early, only 1 month from surgery. Scars and swelling will continue to fade over the next year.
